The hotel was conveniently located just off the main road, making it easy to find and ensuring a quiet stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable environment for a relaxing stay. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with a host who was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The location in Rockhampton during summer was excellent, close to shopping centers and with easy access to various applications for convenience.

The beautiful quality furniture is in exceptional condition; however, booking through an agent has its limitations. The service from the receptionist to the maintenance guy was exceptional, offering help at any time and making us feel very welcomed. The location is excellent, close to everything and quiet despite its proximity to Bruce Highway. The dining experience in the room was exceptional with tasty sandwiches. The facilities are top-notch.
